I’ve been using Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and figured I’d share my experience since there isn’t much discussion about this place on here. I signed up after seeing an ad and the whole process literally took two minutes. Min deposit was ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. They threw in a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35x which is kinda average but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is honestly pretty solid. There’s stuff from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Big Time Gaming — so like Book of Dead, Starburst, all the popular ones. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles when you add it all up. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s quality — played some roulette and Lightning Roulette with actual croupiers and zero lag issues.
One thing that kinda bugged me was how long cashouts take. Tried cashing out with Visa and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. After that though things sped up. They accept credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and crypto so that covers most bases. You can check out what they’ve got going on on Craybet odds before you sign up.
Using Craybet on my phone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download but the web app is responsive and everything works no problem. Played some slots on my commute and didn’t notice any performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet has been alright — live chat that gets you a person within a few minutes when I’ve used it. Had to ask about a pending withdrawal and they sorted it pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao licensed and that’s standard for offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but for what it is it does the job for me.
