So — been using this thing for something like six months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am UK based, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, for context.

The reason I started using it was genuinely a bit daft — I could never work out what an each way payout actually was when the place terms changed. I’d just wing it and moan when the payout landed. These days I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I’m on daily — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the multiples — trebles returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here what is a treble bet — free, no signup.

What genuinely changed how I bet is the geekier bits. There’s an implied probability calculator that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent if I’m spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. The design feels a bit basic — zero frills, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it’s usable although the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If anyone even now works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it’s saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

OK — have been messing about with this thing for maybe six months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d say something since a mate asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was honestly embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an ew return actually was once you get five places instead of three. I used to just guess and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator is the part I open most — type in stake and odds and it shows returns instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. It also handles the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, and that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here calculate each way bet and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

What actually changed how I bet was the geekier bits. There’s an probability thing that shows what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly criterion calculator — I run quarter kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. Its layout feels very functional, let’s say — no flash, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it works although the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. And no proper app, just the site — fine by me but you asked.

Anyway. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If anyone even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

Right — been on this thing for something like six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me last week. Am UK based, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.

What got me on it was genuinely a bit daft — I never could get my head round what an e/w payout actually was when the place terms changed. Basically I’d wing it and get a shock. Now type the odds in first, every time, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator is the part I open most — you put in the price and your stake and it spits out returns instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the fiddly ones — acca and treble returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, honestly that’s where I always lose track. If you want a look, it lives at odds converter sports — free, no signup.

The thing that genuinely changed how I bet were the nerdier tools. They’ve got an probability thing that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutch tool is handy too when I’m spreading across selections.

It’s not perfect mind. Its design is pretty plain — zero flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it works though the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.

Anyway. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. If you even now does the maths on paper, have a look — saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

One thing that genuinely made a difference was the nerdier extras. So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone honestly does the maths on paper, give it a go — saved me plenty of arguments with the bookie.
