Been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, and I suppose I have a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Found it through someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with decent slot coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 3,500+ games last I looked, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check what’s running currently, they’re listed at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took a day and a half to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, just slow.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. Works fine on Android though an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
