So — been on this thing for something like five months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am UK based, generally do football and horses, nothing mad, for context.
What got me on it was actually pretty stupid — I never could get my head round what an each way return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just guess and moan when the payout landed. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.
The single bet calculator is the part I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it shows the return instantly, either odds format. There’s also the multiples — acca and treble maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, which is where I’d always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s over at betting percentage calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.
The thing that actually changed how I bet is the nerdier extras. The probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly tool — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool is handy too when I’m splitting a race.
Not all sunshine though. Its interface feels a bit basic — no flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s usable but the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. There’s no app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.
So yeah. Free, barely any ads, does the job. If you honestly does the maths on paper, try it — saves me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.

返信Right — have been messing about with this thing for about a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, for context.
What got me on it was genuinely embarrassing — I never could work out what an each way return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just guess and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in before every slip, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator is the part I use most — type in stake and odds and it shows returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, honestly that’s where I always got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it’s here yankee bet return calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
One thing that genuinely made a difference is the more serious bits. They’ve got an implied probability converter and it makes obvious the overround, plus a kelly criterion tool — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutch tool is handy too when I’m covering two or three runners.
Couple of gripes. The design feels pretty plain — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine though the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no proper app, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but you asked.
Right, that’s me. Free, no ads shoved in your face, works. Anyone who honestly does the maths on paper, try it — saves me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.
