So — been using this thing for something like four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. I’m UK based, generally do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I could never figure out what an each way return would be when the place terms changed. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. These days I type the odds in before I place anything, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I use most — you drop in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return straight away, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — acca and treble maths, lucky 15s, yankees, and that’s where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at accumulator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
What genuinely shifted things for me was the geekier bits. There’s an odds-to-probability converter and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly criterion calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one gets used a fair bit when I’m covering two or three runners.
Not all sunshine though. The layout feels a bit basic — zero frills, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On my phone it works although the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. And no app, just the site — fine by me but you asked.
So yeah. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you even now adds it up in their head, try it — it’s saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
